1. Click on “Services” then “Add New”.

2. Go to “Local DID” then “Add New”.

3. Select the State and then the area you want your DID to be from.

4. Click “Select” on the DID you want.

5. Select “Call Forward” as the “Profile Type”.

6. Enter VoIP extension in “Call Forward To” and then click “Update DID”.

7. Make a test call to this number to see if it is correctly forwarding to the VoIP extension.

    There’s an option in the portal to cancel DIDs, click through from the dashboard to the DID list and you will see a cancel button.
