1. Click on “Services” then “Add New”.

2. Go to “1300 Number” and then click “Add New”.

3. Click “Show All Available Numbers” and then click on the “Add” box of the 1300 number you want.

4. Click “Manage” of the 1300 number.

5. Enter “Primary Answer Point”, “First Overflow number” and “Second Overflow Number”. This is where you want the incoming calls to route to.

6. Set the “Ring Timeout” for the “Primary Answer Point”, “First Overflow number” and “Second Overflow Number”. The Ring Timeout is the amount of time in seconds that each number will ring for. Click “Submit Changes”.
