Hi I am wondering how do I set up the call park, group pick up and BLF on a Yealink T28P phone? My current phone setup is a PABX system with 2 numbers. When line 1 is busy the next caller spills over to line 2. BLF appears on that extensions being used. Everyone is able to pickup a call on hold from any extension without typing in a code. I want to replicate that type of setup when VOIP eventually does live at my business.
You can create a BLF group in the portal and allocate extensions to the group, then in the Yealink phones there is an option to configure BLF on a line key and you can see the status of the extensions that you configure.
