1. Click on “Services” and then “View / Edit”.

2. Click on “Manage” of the VoIP extension.

3. Click on “Add/Remove Caller IDs”.

4. Enter the number you want to use as the caller ID and click “Authorise Caller ID”.

*** You need to be able to answer a call on this number ***
5. Answer the call, enter the 4 digit code and click “Verify Caller ID”.

6. Click on “Services” then “Manage of the VoIP extension”.

7. Change the Caller ID and then click “Update VoIP Extension”.

8. Allow 5 minutes for the update and test your Caller ID.
